Second Oldest Rescue Squad In Chesterfield County Launches New Website
CHESTER, Virginia – April 15, 2007 – Today, the Bensley-Bermuda Volunteer Rescue Squad, Inc. announces the release of its new website, at http://www.bbvrs.org. The website contains many points of public information, including links and calendar information, as well as membership and donation information.
"We keep trying to address the needs of a changing community," said Gary Frame, President of BBVRS. "This website allows us to give the community access to information in a completely different way, to attract new members and to provide our current members with more information in a more consolidated, easier-to-use fashion."
The website, developed entirely in-house and at no expense to the Squad, includes a web calendar of training and EMS community events, information and history about the Squad, apparatus and station photos and information, and a members-only site with information on training, fleet maintenance and equipment service. The website also includes links to other EMS agencies and those agencies with complementary missions to BBVRS.
